The property includes two canoes and a row boat.  Nearby attractions include Quoddy Head Lighthouse and State Park, the Bold Coast hiking trails, and Roque Bluffs, an off-the-beaten path, white-sand beach. Dogs of any size and type are welcome at the cabin, and they'll have plenty of space to roam off-leash. The kitchen has a propane-powered range and refrigerator.  Water for washing dishes can be drawn from the lake and heated on the range.  Oil lamps and lanterns create a cozy atmosphere in the evenings.
